How to Perform the Rituals
Breath & See: Place the 3–5kg raw lamp in your primary quiet room or workspace. Ignite at dusk. Let the optic nerve relax under warm amber glow while the stone's ionizing properties filter the air.
Eat: Heat the 8×12 slab gradually on gas hobs or ovens over 30 minutes. Once hot, sear meat, seafood, or mushrooms directly on the surface. Natural salt and trace elements infuse during cooking.
Bathe: Dip the massage blocks in warm water and slide them along shoulders and limbs to relieve tension. Dissolve the raw crushed salt in warm bathwater to restore dermal mineral levels.
Object Care and Cleaning
Slab: Let cool completely. Scrape surface with a metal spatula to remove cooking residue. Wipe with a clean damp cloth. Dry immediately. Do not submerge or use soap.
Massage Blocks: Rinse briefly under cool water and pat dry immediately. Store in a cool, dry area away from humidity.
